Eplace my defective n8 to new n8

I hve purchased nokia n8 in november..it start giving me trouble after 2 months..firstly there is no back backup of battery so i replace the battery... secondly it get hanged again and again and there are so many other problems... so i suggest all the people not to trust on nokia mobiles and buy some other mobile and if my mobile dn't get replaced i will take strict action against the company...
