Not responding for replacement of phone

I have gone many times to nokiacare for resolving the problem in my nokia handset.

Last month I have taken the new nokia X6 set by spending 16, 500.After one month it is showing problem.

I have visited there many times and waited for lot of hours. I dont want to do the same again I have asked to replace but they are telling if it is not repairable then only we can replace. I have given the battery for replacement as my handset automatically getting switchedoff. I want to replace that handset completly.
