DEAR SIR,

i had brought the new nokia c2-01 handset and after somedays the handset keypad start working with difficulty without being damage. I reported many times to nokia care of sec 22 near aroma chandigarh with all necessary documents but all gone in vain they just told me that we will call you on arrival of new products and will replace it. But they never informed me even after repeated visits. so plz solve my problam otherwise i will look towards the consumer court.
