Hanging problem

I was purchased Nokia c2-02 handset at 16th September. i heard about Nokia's quality product that's why i decides to buy this handset but last 2-3 months i found lot of hanging problem in the which seems difficult for to solve it and my city hasn't have a services center of Nokia so what i can do next. and this handset have relay big problem that its touch pad is not effective.

i requested to Nokia center that please solve my problem as soon as possible.
