Not satify by c2-02

I broghut my mobile c2-03 on 5/02 & after 5day in the my mobile a lots of problem created.(network droping, slow touch, media player, radio, internet) right now i dnt want a that phone, i wanted the other series mobile but mobile shopper says to me u can gets deo letter from nokia i will give u the another series mobile.pls help i really dnt that mobile.i m really tried from this mobile.
