Hi

i gave my nokia handset to service centre since its screen was damaged. The handset given on Mon 30th Nov and we were conveyed that the hadset would be given to you on tuesday, as we went to collect the handset it was told to come on thursday, then again we was on the way to collect the handset but the handset was returned unrepired explaining that it will take more time, i am unable to understand that if these service centre are not able to do the repairing why they are there, why we are given the assurity and one more important thing, the handset returned was more damaged then the earlier
