With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that, while I am traveling from Chintal to Shapur by bus Rout No. 29 on 12th December at around 10.00 A.M. some one has stolen my Mobile near Shapur.

I request you to kindly register the complaint and trace my mobile through IMEI & Airtel Network Technology support and inform the same to the above mentioned address/phone no.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.
