IMEI and Old software version

Dear Sir

I have given my handset in the warranty period for repairing. My problem was on auto key function. Phone was given back to me with many viruses and security code was changed. Also my IMEI number was not matching with my earlier one. Software version was old one. I have given back to it for my problem such as phone hanging also no access to internet, not supporting nokia PC suite service and many more problem. They have made it OK but IMEI is changed and handset was loaded with old version of software.
