SOFTWARE PROBLEM

Dear Sir I have purchased 1203-2 Basic Model Mobile 5 Month Back from the 2nd month onwards the mobile itself shout down and boots and hanging is an continuous problem.

I approached Nokia care centre and they told that they are re load the software.

Even after that the same problem is exist when I again approach the Nokia Care Center that they were informed the mobile cannot exchange but again they reload the software.

They informed that the problems are common in basic mobiles.

What I have to do software defect is not my problem I need help any body guide to whom I approach pray my grievance pl guide.
