I am SHOCKED and SORRY to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased the above-noted set from ANUPAM STATIONERY SUPERSTORE PVT LTD. Sai Shopping Mall, opp Borivali station, S.V. Road, Borivali (W), Mumbai-400092 as per Invoice No.10489 dt. 22/6/09.It is infested with certain technical problems. The Memory Card as well as phone datas are vanishing automatically. Then after removing and reputting it, the datas comes back or gets deleted. The phone also hangs. It starts rebooting and data loss takes place. I am regularly visiting (more than 8 times till now) Borivali (W) and malad (E) service center and no satisfactory result has come out of it. My last visit was as per JOB SHEET NO. 642504867/100313/41 dt. 13/3/10. I had taken the delivery of the repaired set on 25/3/10 and within 50hrs again the instrument became DEAD. Nokia’s conduct is DEPLORABLE and UNETHICAL. This amounts HARRASMENT. The same is also amounts to “DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE” and “UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICE”.
As I am under 1 YEAR WARRANTY, you are requested to REIMBURSE the amount of Rs 4, 100/-(Rs Forty One Hundred Only) at an earliest to continue the FAITH and TRUST in “NOKIA CARE” and send me the CHEQUE at the above address.
