NO BATTERY BACKUP

We have purchased a Nokia 1203 handset on 17MAR10, at Nokia priority dealer at Rajbhavan, Somajiguda. The battery backup was not good so we went to the nearest Silico mobile service center on 26.April. they replaced the handset but the problem was same. So my request is to take strick action against Nokia.
