NO REPLACEMENEMT WITHIN 48 hrs of purchage-HANDSET with DEFECT

Hi,

I have bought Nokia 5233 touch phone on 1st June the unit costs arround Rs 6500. Within 24hrs I go back to the dealer with a manufacturing Fault on the LCD (there is a spot in the LCD Screen) & also there was a problem with the OS (The time & date automatically changes everytime I restart the Handset). The dealer asked me to visit the NOKIA Care which is situated at Kolkata @ A.M.Mobile Pvt. Ltd.

Kindly take some actions on the same. As after spending such a lot of money if I had to go for the repair, then I will have to use a referbished handset from the very 1st day of purchage.
