X6-keyguard felloff and missing and NOKIA CARE Did NOT CARE

I bought a new X6-8gb mobile on 13 oct. And today the keyguard switch s missing all of a sudden. Not a single scratch in the mobile or the near the keyguard switch area. I went to nokia care in CMH road, Bangalore. Well they were not much interested in looking at the mobile condition and blankly said "it is not covered in warranty". They said it would cost Rs1250/ and three days to replace a single button. I had ENOUGH FOR BELIEVING NOKIA BRAND NAME.

Now, WHY SHUD I SPEND Rs1250/ for someone who didn't assemble the device properly and someone who approved overviewing the task.

WHY IS IT NOT COVERED IN THE WARRANTY WHEN IT IS THEIR FAULT.

DOES ANYONE REALLY HEAR???
