Manufacturing Defect

Hi,

i have purchase a new nokia C3 Handset from Janak Puri, Distt Center NPD on 17th nov on 18th nov i found that this handset having a problem with audio recording, and it has a manufacturing defect. when we shot any video on a party place where some music play on d.j. and some noisy place, the vedio recording will do fine but audio recording the bad sound its like blurrrrrrrrrrr. i have show this problem to the dealer as well as the nokia service center but they can`t able to repair. they just said that you keep your mobile with you with same problem... please help to replace this handset with other or return my mony back.
