Touch pad

Hello Sir,

I went for mine mobile's touch pad replacement at the Nokia Care in Navsari City, Gujarat. It is in warranty period although they charged me Rs.1400/-. For replacement. It is not damaged by me nor fell down. Even though they charged me 1400. When I asked about bill for 1400 then they told me that if they give me bill than warranty will be discontinue.. Do something for that and help me to get back my money.
