NOKIA BATTERY

I have bought a Nokia mobile in 27-02. after one month I update software.after updating software a few days latter my battery becomes damage. So i complain in Nokia care baripada. They just update software & returned the mobile to me. The next day again I go to nokia care baripada. They took the battery & give a new battery to me after 12 days. But Unfortunately the new battery back up is low. I again complain in nokia care baripada. But they are not listening to me. I am now helpless.
