Phone in warranty but not working

Subject: Mobile phone not working properly

Dear Sir/ madam

This is in regard to my mobile phone (N97 mini), bought in April from Nokia showroom in South extension part I, New Delhi

1. I bought this phone in April with 1 year warranty

2. The side switch got broken in December

3. The software is not working

4. The battery gets discharges every 2 hours

5. Went to Nokia showroom and they directed me to Nokia care in Lajpat Nagar

6. At first they refused to repair my phone without charging and after arguing a lot they accepted to repair it. They kept the phone for 2 days and said have repaired it.

7. The phone is not working again. I talked to Nokia helpline with no “HELP” form their side

8. I have spend Rs 240000/ on this phone and am stuck with it

9. I need urgent help from Nokia as its a worldwide company of repute and the customers should not feel cheated like this
