Servicing of Nokia Express Music 5310

I submitted on Nokia 5310 epress music hand set on August at your service centre at 1 Ekdalia Road. Kolkata 700019.

I regret to inform you that till date your service centre unable to give me back my set, only the centre manager is promising false. Last Saturday i.e on 26/02, I was suppose to get back my mobile but again a lady of that centre told me that the partcular set is with the manager. I surprised how a responsible service person can keep a customer's mobile with him particularly when the custoomer was suppose to collect it.

I am requesting to consider my letter not as a complaint letter but a letter which is reminding your service centre to improve their service quality.

I hope I will get my set by this saturday i.e on 05/03.
