Bad service and product

I bought Nokia E52 on 1st jan. I found a dot appeared in screen. First time, i went service center at Anna nagar west in chennai. They received my mobile and returned back after 5hrs without rectifying that problem. I registered a complaint in nokia, and they replied to approach centre again. I went again to the same centre, i dont know whether they had replaced screen or not, but the dot is appeared again in another place of screen and they added another problem along with that (Panels are in very loose, Turning control is not working). I approached again to that centre, but no response. I again complained to nokia, but no response from them. I never seen such kind of bad service and products in my life.
