Ecome unauthorized even had warrenty

Dear Sir my name is goutham

I purchased Nokia 5230 phone from 29/06 at Karimnagar nokia priority

I got a problem in camera not working and also to update my phone in last month (march 21st 2011).

I gave my phone at Karimnagar Nokia Care centre (A.P). They updated my software version from 5230 to 5235.Then also my cam is not working so they sent my phone to Noida care centre.

They return back my Phone with Unauthorized because of 5235 software instead of 5230.

Then the manager of karimnagar care centre said me that “we didn’t changed the software you gave your phone at some where else”

I asked them even I had warranty why should I go to some where else rather than nokia care centre and when I am giving my phone it has the software of 5230 only.

Moreover he misguided /miss advised me to work my camera.

i.e., he blocked or Cell dead (I don’t know what it is) my phone and then said me to give this phone to another care centre. So that they will replace my phone with new one.

After hearing his words I gave my phone at hanamkonda nokia care centre,

They sent my phone to main nokia care centre at New Delhi for repair of camera.

Its return back to hanamkonda with IMEI BLOCKED/ UNAUTHORIZED .

I am seriously suffering with the representatives of Karimnagar Nokia Care centre.

I am a Student. I purchased this mobile with my poket money.

I also advised my friends to buy this model.

I am physically and metally upset with those people. Moreover Im unable to concentrate on my studies.

Pls replace my phone or get back my money..
