Related to repair work

I am newly purchased Nokia C-7 mobile. After sometime my set created some problem like hang in application, battery not full charged & vibration problem also. I am given a hanset so many times in Nokia care centre NRI communication (O-9, 1st Floor, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi-110024) but the problem is not resolved. i am given my handset again i NRI communication on 14th May but till date my handset not received by me. My Job sheet no. 111433527/110514/75. kindly sort out the problem on urgent basis.
