Hand set not working

I purchase an latest Nokia hand set in the first week of June in the third week of June the handset developed some problem and I was not able to unlock the phone. I gave it to the selling dealer, but regret to inform that even to date the same has not been rectified. The reason given by the dealer is that the part 'Display Board' is not available. I am really fed up of this answer, since I am not able to view any contacts, nor able to carry out my business. It is heartning to note that an reputed company like Nokia can ever float an sub-standard product in the market.

Kindly help me in getting the issue resolved or else I shall be forced to approach the consumer court and also take up with the media.
