Not proper response and Service

I have bought a nokia C3-01 on March and my phone touch screen / display is not working properly. i went nokia care chennai branch (Near sathyam Cinemas) on 30th July for replacement due to i have warrenty for my phone. They said currently we do not have stock it will come within 10 days of period. They noted down in their register. But no response for 10 days form nokia care. While i contact the customer care no they said it will take 2 days. But now it takes around 20 days, still i not received any response from them.
