Ad service of nokia care

I have purchase nokia x1-01, and its display get broken then i deposited my set in nokiacare (land mark complex, karanager, chowksrinagar, jamu and kashmir) they told me u will get your set within 7 days my jobsheet no. is 1657, i have summitted my set on 6th of august and today is 23th of september almost 44 days now they are not able to tell me the status of my set what a pathetic service nokia is providing us . we buy stuff of the big companies expecting its service will be good but now i m so fade up with the services of nokia care i would suggest that this kind of nokia care should be shut down so that people will not expect the services and will manage something.
