Warranty problem

My name is mayur malhotra.. My number is 9818191109... Last year i have purchased phone model no. n86 8mp on 27 nov from spice hotspot saini enclave, east delhi.. According to that the warranty should be till nov... But nokia care shows that the warranty ends on 25th july.. Besides that there are many problems in my phone... softwares are not working properly, camera not working properly and from the first day net is not working... I have told them that the problem is in phone but they have updated the softwares 2 times...

Kindly replace my phone and extend my warranty...
