Hi,
I am using Nokia E5 . Afer using for some months one day it suddenly went off and I was unable to switch it ON. When I took it to nokia care at Tilaknagar, New Delhi, they told me that whole data will be lost their is some virus in the phone. after few days the same thing happened again. This time they said their was a battery problem, Again last weekend my phone turned off on 23rd. The same way, nokia care I took to service centre. Now they said, their is problem in memory card. And they fixed the issue again and asking me to increase the warranty as this problem will be coming again and again. Today, again my phone switched off on its own and not turning on.
Why such a huge selling brand in India is having such poor customer care service?
Why dont they replace such faulty handsets when their is an issue.?
I think people should start to say "NO" to nokia handsets and throw it outside INDIA.

These nokia care people are more busy in cross selling their products rather than provide good service. Their are many such people who have purchased nokia high end mobile handsets and just taking rounds of nokia care every week.
