Bad Customer Service

Hi my Name is Abhishek I had purchased Nokiac6 on 12-dec which was not working well since 15-jan. Sometime his screen is not working well, sometimes lock was not working properly, somethime suddenly switch off. Sometimes Camera is not capturing images i m totaly irritated with my set and planning to file a case in consumer court. Whenever i was calling there customer care they always says our server is down so we could not reply your query please contact another day. What kind of customer service is that i didnt know.
