Order partially delivered - customer harassed

I had ordered a nokia mobile C2-02 in Jan-12 Order:8000001083 through nokia shop online (http://nokia.indiatimes.com/) but when the mobile packet was delivered it did not have the data cable and memory card.

I have conctacted customer care many times and sent several emails but they make false promises which are never fulfilled.

Please take immediate action against this as this is clear case of customer harassment.
