Nokia c6-01 belle low 3g speed

Sir i have 1 problem in my nokia c6-01 belle update that after update to symbian belle my 3g speed too low to 18-22kbps but before belle update i am getting 600-700kbps. First i thought it might be problem of my 3g network but i was wrong becoz the same sim i tried on my friend nokia 5235 in that handset speed coming proper 600-700kbps then why it was only in my handset? I want it to solve as early as possible or exchange my nokia c6-01 belle to nokia c6-01 anna becoz i am happy with anna atleast in that i getting awesome speed. Although i went to nokia care several times they also not able to remove my problem
