Phone not working properly after two times repairing under warrenty

I have a mobile phone model E63 but since two months it is not working properly. I have submitted the mobile two times at Gulati Communication (Nokia Care), gole market, New Delhi but problem is same. Call drop, Battery discharge within 24 Hours only, one incoming and one out going call done from the mobile within a day and whole battery discharge, mobile switched off during call. When i submitted the mobile first time only battery backup and call drop problem was there but when i received the mobile after second time repairing mobile got switched off during call and mobile hanged up and also previous problem not resolved new problems added. What they have done with mobile i don't know? After full charging in evening 25% battery discharged during night without any call.
