Stupid box "Nokia E72"

Hi,

I bought a Nokia E72 mobile on 25/6/10 for my official purpose. I have never used Nokia handset since I started using mobile, this is the first time I bought a Nokia handset, from the minute I bought this set I am facing only problems (messaging server not at all working, poor stand-by time and many more) no one in the customer care has given me a proper solutions. My kind request is not to but Nokia handset at all. I am really frustrated by Nokia.
