Nokia/E7 mobile
Menta­­­l Agony­­­ Regar­­­din­g­ Nokia­­­-E7­ (Rs. 30000­­­)

Dear Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased my Nokia-E7 mobile on May which is still in warrany period and which was worth Rs. 30000 with high expectation and excitement. But to my amusement all the hopes and zeal was shattered when the mentioned model of Nokia-E7 started showing high degree of faults within 18 days after the purchase (June-11). I immediately called the Nokia call center and visited their nearest service center, they took my mobile and sent it to Delhi for rectifying the defect and returned the mobile approx after one month. Nokia staffers assured that my mobile will function smoothly here after and will not be hanged.

But my belief in Nokia & the staffer confidence was blown up when my mobile again started giving trouble from Feb-12. Again I followed the same procedure but the Nokia staff was not willing to co-operate and resolve my problem, after my persistent efforts & follow up with them they have again sent my mobile to Delhi Office.

The purpose of writing this mail to you is not to tarnish the image of Nokia but to make the other consumers aware about the Nokia- E7 handset due to which I’m continuously getting mental harassment. This mobile was launched by Nokia claiming it to be their finest creation but the same is not proved. Moreover Nokia is not taking the responsibility of replacing my existing handset which in span of 10 months has been out of service twice. I believe action taken from your end will help to get justice. I pray that Nokia Company should understand the plight of the customer who has paid Rs. 30000 for a mobile which I believe is not peanuts.
