Handset problem

Last year i purchased NOKIA E51.As i really like nokia phones this phone came out to be blunder for me. After 2 months i got some problem in the phone and i went to nokia care i was not satisfied..after every 2 months i got some new problem in my phone and everytime nokia care people created some kind of mess. Finally i had given my phone to the service center (nokia care- kohat enclave) and they told me that the phone will be sent to the company. Job sheet no- 143433527/100105/72 IMEI No.- 358997015598175 I want you to seriously look into this matter and hope for a positive response from ur side.i think my nokia E51 should be get replaced by the company after getting all the details of the phone as i know if i get the same phone back after getting repaired i know some or the other problem vl surely get developed sooner or later. most of the nokia cares are giving bad name to the company as they are working against the company policies and i am not satisfied with the services they provide. most of the nokia centre in delhi are only making money, they are not making good customers
