Not repair to under warranty

Sir,

I m gourav from vinod nagar. I have a NOKIA mobile handset (model no.is 7230 and the IMEI no. 352021049617277) which is under warranty 5/06 up to 05/06. But when i have gone in ur nokia authorized service center to check/repair, they told me (according to your technician) that its not possible to repair under warranty.now plz short out my problem whenever i have original bill.
