Nokia Mobile Model N-5610
Not giving wanrranty which expires on 17-05

I bought Nokia N-5610 on 18.05 from Planet M at Charni Road in a scheme of 1=2 Years warranty.

The exit button on the mobile is not working, so I took it to Planet M in December beginning and told them it is not working. The themes have also become corrupt. They took my mobile for and kept it for 10 days and told me that it can be repaired and there is liquid damage and the warranty is null and void and nothing can be done about it. The mobile has not fallen in water and so forth and Planet M does not want to do anything. So there is a lot of harressment and I do not Know what to do. I am a regular customer of Planet M and this is what they do to loyal customers. I have from pillar to post and do not know what to do. Please help or advise.
