Nokia N8 Total waste

I had submitted all my information to your mailing address nokiaindiadigitalmarketing@ovi.com and you seem to not take any actions rather than keep my handset in your pocket since 23rd of April. I haven't heard anything from you that is why i started posting on consumer grievance site to get justice. You guys dont know who you are talking to. If you keep delaying, I know what I have to do. I will show the people outside how you behave and how dirty your service is to all consumer complaint site and social networking sites. So just be ready for that or fix my concern. The damage done on my Nokia N8 is done by Nokia itself. And now you guys want to blame me and want me to pay you for the damages you did to my phone. Well in that case I dont need your junk phone, just give me my money back and keep that toy with you. Otherwise fix it or replace it with a working model under warranty and give me as soon as possible. I am not going to pay any more for any Nokia toy ever in my life.
