Nokia n97 mini
BATTERY IS NOT GETING BACKUP

Dear sir,

I am using Nokia N97mini handset, the battery backup of that hand set is not good so that i have given it to service to get new one with the service job sheet no 298465550/110331/66 on 31/mar after 7days they are giving me a battery which is not sealed peace. they are giving me loose battery. please suggest me how can it possible without seal. while taking a new battery they are giving sealed peace then why cont at the time of service replacement, How can i know that it is a new battery. Nokia is such a big company and doing this sort of things.

Where as Sony is replacing immediately the sealed peace.
