Not working properly

I purchased the Nokia E72 mobile nearly three months before from Ernakulam.

The IME NO is 354848046162016. Firstly I had a complaint, and shown the mobile to Nokia Service Centre at Ernakulam, Job Sheet No 913465550/110808/41 dated 8th August. The set carries warranty. Ref No GLBINY650023017. I got it repaired with doing the soft ware and battery replaced. But again the complaint is there. Mobile gets stuck, some times after a call is being ended, and sometimes cannot make a call, sometimes get break with the connection of the service. The phone frequently gets switched off frequently. When the battery is fully charged, and after using it for some time, the level of battery, when in middle comes automatically low. After some time

it comes to the middle level again. These also happens when using memory card, and E-mail. Totally I have submitted my phone in the service centre more than three times.

Now I have submitted to the Nokia Service Centre.
