Sir i have recieved a message regaurding prize money

it was sent that i have won a prize of 5, 50, 000in 2009 t-world nokia draw in U.k

on my mobile no 9949912455

may i know wether its true or its a fake message

i have sent them the details and they asked me to contact prime express courier company

and also they sent me a certificate regaurding my prize from U.k magistrate

so pls tell me wether its a true one or not as soon as possible
