Defect of my phone when i give the nokia customer service cente

Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia X2-00 to Nokia Care at bapunagar Branch for leaveliquide and repaired ringer

On 21st july, 11. From there i got job sheet and i had

collected my handset after one hour on 21st july, 11 but it was not working properly. When I visited the

Nokia Care branch..They repaired the ringer and liquide and gave it to me to check the working

condition. When i get the Handset an put the backcover on the phone and that work not properly it is not fitted in my phone. I found the tray to be

broken by the nokia care executive . when i asked them that what happened to the backcover

they said we don't know. then they checked it for 15-20 min. and then they

reverted to me that this was not their fault the deepcover was broken by me while

checking the phone in front of them, with in the time frame 10 second. Then I

refused to pay and they took my phone, . At the time of submitting my phone to that outlet i had

submitted Rs. -650/- which was not refunded to me they just wasted my time and money.

I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and but sorry to say that the service of

Nokia which they provide to the customers is really pathetic...
