NOKIA X2-01/ handset
Keypad often not functioning

Dear Sir,

I have bought nokia x2-01 handset from UNIVERCELL, T.Nagar, Chennai, on 13.02.2011. UTN: 2577158. Till April, it was functioning well. Suddenly, one day, the keypad stopped functioning. I went to the authorised Nokia care in TTK Road, Chennai. They told me that there was water logged inside. I explained them that there was no chance of it, as I was very careful about the phone. They said that they cannot do anything but try to repair it at my cost, as the warranty cannot be claimed. I took a chance and got it repaired from them, paying Rs.400. Immediately the same problem occurred. I went to the same place and got it repaired again. In August, I encountered the same problem with an additional problem that the ear phone was not working. This time I went to another Nokia Care which is located in North Usman Road, T.Nagar, chennai, following my friend's advice. This time they charged me Rs.650 and I bought a silicone cover also. But again I got the same problem. I went to them twice again. But, didn't get a remedy. Being the number one company in mobile handsets, Iam shocked and frustrated about the kind of service and support you give your customers.
