Mishandling and unproper service

My cell phone nokia x6 was hanging and was a bit slower in operations. therefore i went to nokia care at greter noida. after checking out they said that the software needs to be updated and asked me to take after 1 hour. but when i went to atke my cell phone, they said that the hasn't yet finished, and asked me to come the next day.
the next day i got my cell phone, but it was still hanging out and a new problem arouse i.e. my cell phone getting switched out frequently. and my cell phone is also mishandled by them. i am really not finding any way out.
