NOKIA HANDSET 6700C

Dear Sir,

I am a great fan of nokia but this time my experience with nokia is very surprising, i have given my handset to N.R.I. Communication Lajpat nagar firstly on 16/09 for repair work they have kept it for 2 weeks and repair it and charge Rs. 1200/-for me but then i was facing the same problem again i went to Nokia on 22/10 and explain them. Since then my mobile is with them And when i called up and check, the customer care executive say that you will collect your mobile on weekend and it is happening from OCT onwards and now on 10/12 they have not been delivered my mobile and they actually don't even know the exact status. please do the needful ASAP.
