Electronics and household app.

I have purchased a O-general window a/c on 26th March from M/s Sachdeva Electrovision. The same was installed on 27th March. We asked the persons who came for installation to explain the feature. They told us that the representative of the company will comer to explain. The dealer also told me that representative of the company will come for demonstration of the product. I waited for the representative till Tuesday. No body came to attend. I Informed the matter to the dealer and requested him to give the number of o general customer care. The number 011-43127731 was given by the dealter. I contacted on the number. The number is not being attend by the customer care cell.By mistake the number was attended by the customer care cell and he intimated me that he will give me the complaint number on my mobile number 9871353097. But after that never responded. After that I am trying desparately on this number but the number is not being attended. We are new to the product. We wanted to know the detail but that is not being given by the company. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
