I bought a O GENERAL AC bearing no AXGA 18 ANTB & T 088954 from SAMTA ELECTRONICS PANIPAT.

I am unsatisfied with the cooling of the AC and despite complaints there has not been any action from the dealer / company for the redressal of my grievance.
