Given Default Television Manufacturing Defects

Dear Sir

I have Purchased an Onida 21: CTV from Das Electronics, Inda, Kharagpur West bengal Phone number 03222-225118. They Have send a Default Television. I complaint then so they have said that they are sending someone. They do send but when he came he said that he will come back after some days. Waiting for nearly 2 Months again I complained. Again they said that they are sending someone. Again they do send but when he came he said that Picture Tube needs to be changed and so went away saying that he will send Picture tube within 10 days but it is almost 2 Month again they did nothing. Now when I am complaining they are doing Nothing. Sir they want my Warranty to lapsed I think then they will come Please do something Sir. I am fed up of complaining
