Oken color tv delivered, dealer denied to replace with new one

On Sept 18 I bought a new Onida 21” Xcite 300 color tv in cash from M/s Shree Rajendra Departmental Stores at Sangvi, PCMC, and they delivered it that day at 11 pm. During demo I could not guess that its cabinet is broken in three different places, and the delivery box was not in good condition. After the delivery men went away I detected the broken portions, so immediately I called the dealer and told him everything, and at that time he agreed to replace it by Tuesday, i.e. Sept 20. But on Tuesday he entirely denied to replace it and blamed me that it was broken by me. I tried to confide him and requested many times to replace it. But he denied and complained me in the same rude manner. I honestly declare that the cabinet has not been broken in my own hands; anyway it was already broken before reaching my home. Do the needful for its replacement with new one
