Repeated complaints at local service centre however no one has attended it till date

I had given a complaints at the local service centre since there were two problems faced one there was sound issue and second was picture was not clear, the engineer came and was able to rectify the picture issue but was not able to rectify the sound problem. Have called repeatedly to the engineer but he did not turn up inspite of repeated calls. There is a new picture proble know, there are some waves on the picture screen
