Complaint not attended

I had register my complaint (S.No. C021FGLU) to Onida service center to service of our ONIDA TV its giving problem (blank screen with center line) 4 days back but nobody turned up for my complaints its really very bad service of Onida.

its like a tourcher given by ONIDA company we never recommend anybody to take Onida product in there life.
