I am really very disappointed with the response given by Panasonic team. I had raised a repair & service request on July 12 regarding my 42" Plasma.

Although your technician visited my place for inspection, he also took one of the part from the asset and claimed that it needs to be replaced hence he carried that part with him. Since then I am following with him however same response from him, "Sir the part has not come, Please wait".

I have called the call centre team several times, approx 7 - 8 times however they also provide the same response, "Sir we have escalated to seniors they will call you in 2 hours". I have talked to Mandeep, Tushar (remember only 2 names however talked to 5 people) and others in call center team If I calculate from July 12 it is almost 24 days gone that the plasma has not been repaired, the asset is in extended warranty.
